Work out in a group setting with Stacey to help your
fitness level reach new heights. The wide variety of
classes offered make working out fun. Below are
the class schedules for Spring and Summer 2010.
Group Classes and Schedules
Small Group Boot Camp
This intense and dynamic military style training
combines cardiovascular conditioning, functional
sports training, and strength workout. Outdoor and
indoor training include running, weight lifting,
calisthenics drills, plyometrics, core and much more
using stability balls, dumb-bells, kettle bells, TRX
bands, medicine balls, body bars, and many other fun
toys. This manageable small group boot camp
environment is conducted in an intense, safe, and
yet enjoyable, manner with music.
CLASS SCHEDULE:
TUESDAY: 5:45am-6:45am
THURSDAY: 5:45am-6:45am
SATURDAY: 8am-9am
PRICING:
6 weeks, 1 class per week: $150
6 weeks, 2 classes per week: $260
6 weeks, 3 classes per week: $340

Circuit Weight Training
This circuit training class is diverse and creative
based on function and fun. Stacey will help you
learn the proper techniques involved in weight
training. A combination of aerobics, core and
resistance training designed for all fitness levels
provides for a total body workout. This one hour
regimen will guarantee to give you a complete
workout targeting fat loss and muscle toning.

MONDAY: 6pm-7pm
TUESDAY: 9am-10am
THURSDAY: 7:30am-8:30am & 6pm-7pm
FRIDAY: 9am-10am

12 1-hour classes: $240 ($20/class)

Junior Sports Academy
If you are serious about improving your performance,
this conditioning program will take you there. This
challenging total body program will help build
strength, power, core stability, speed, and agility.
The workout includes challenging total body
strength in the aerobic and anaerobic training zone.
Drills utilize our TRX system, stability balls,
medicine balls, kettle bells, bosu balls, hurdles,
agility ladder and other apparatus for sports
training. Our goal is to assist you in improving
your athletic performance and preventing injuries at
all athletic levels. This training program focuses
on dynamic and explosive movements for individual as
well as team sports. Ultimate conditioning will help
get that “Win” during competition. Our slogan is
“Train Hard Results Will Follow”.

24 sessions: $360 ($15/session)
12 sessions: $240 ($20/session)

Private sessions: $75 per hour
*Team Training is also available
Partner Workouts
Bring a friend along and enjoy this intense workout
while having fun. This 1 hour private training
session will help you lose weight and tone up. If
you don’t have a partner, Stacey will pair you up
with someone.
