Achieve those fitness goals you have always desired with the help
of Stacey. Stacey will help you learn the proper
techniques of fitness and motivate you so that you reach
your fitness goals while having fun. There is a wide
variety of private training programs that Stacey offers
for every age including: total body conditioning,
special needs, post rehabilitation, sports specific
conditioning and Pilates. With so many programs to
choose from, there is a program for everyone.
Programs Available
Total Body Conditioning
This program is designed specifically for individuals looking to
improve health by achieving a safe and effective
workout under proper supervision. Training program
is tailored to individual needs such as weight
maintenance & loss program, improve cardiovascular
conditioning, effective resistance training for
muscle tone and strength, improve flexibility and
balance and improve functional strength and core
muscles. Proper nutrition counseling is also
available for good health and performance.
Sports Specific Training
This program is for athletes of all abilities looking to advance
to the next level by improving functional
conditioning. A sports specific training program
will be created for any sport that will benefit
recreational players as well as professional and
amateur athletes. Training program includes speed,
agility, explosiveness and quickness to increase
muscular power in multi-plane movements, motor
skills & reaction time and total spatial awareness.
This training program will cover the complete
spectrum of training intensity, from low to high. A
proper training progression will be administered
from simple to complex movements, from low to high
intensity, and from gross to sport specific motor
patterns.
Pilates Workout
Incorporate your weight training program with a versatile and
very effective Pilates workout to achieve a balanced
mind body experience. In addition to gaining muscle
strength this program assists in improving joint
mobility, flexibility and muscle balance. Pilates
can also help improve functional strength &
flexibility, better posture & alignment, developing
long lean muscle and also stimulate circulation and
blood oxygenation as well.
Post Rehabilitation
This program is designed to bridge the gap between physicians and
physical therapists with a certified post-rehab
trainer to help individuals move to the next phase
of recovery by developing a safe and effective
fitness program from injuries. The benefits of a
post- rehab program are improving joint stability,
comprehensive strengthening, improves flexibility &
endurance, diminishes cardiac risk factors, reduces
the possibility of re-injury and improves overall
functional capacity for clients with various
musculoskeletal, neurologic and cardiovascular
disorders to enhance the client’s function.
Special Needs Workout
This carefully thought out program is designed to achieve an
overall physical and emotional balance for
individuals with special needs or clients that are
high-risk. This program includes cardiac
rehabilitation and helps patients with obesity,
neurological and chronic degenerative diseases,
diabetes, asthma, osteoporosis, arthritis, cancer
survivors, people who are quadriplegic and many
other conditions. The goal of this program is to
help individuals seek total wellness which
encompasses physical ability, mental, emotional,
social and overall wellness.
Pricing
1/2 session (half-hour): $45
1 session (one hour): $75
12 session package: $850
If you would like to bring in a partner, each person will be $45
per one-hour session.
As a courtesy, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required.
Clients will still be charged for their session if
no cancellation is made.
