One On One Training

Stacey utilizes new cutting edge training that will track your heart rate, training zones, and caloric expenditure. This will insure optimal training intensity and get much better results. The focus is on training smarter, not harder to achieve your goals – burn fat, gain muscle, improves athletic performance, increase strength and endurance. Stacey will create a training program based on data collected and convert it into exercise prescription on an individual level that is personalized to meet your fitness goals objectively and pursue safe and healthy active lifestyles. Your workout session will be monitored on the big screen and you will be training according to your fitness intensity zones and be able to see the breakdown of your exercise effort.  You will be able to access your data base to help you push your limits and reach new heights by down loading the app on your phone.

Stacey offers this new heart rate zone training one on one, partner workout, or in a small group setting.

 
Pre and Post Rehabilitation

As a certified post rehabilitation trainer, Stacey will design a safe and effective fitness program for clients recovering from injuries, surgery, or getting ready for surgery. As almost every person knows, injury prevention is key factor in the development of athletic performance and/or the improvement in one’s physical fitness. This is why rehabilitation and prevention is just as important as the training that is put in at the gym every single day. The benefits of a rehabilitation program is to improve flexibility and joint stability, reduce possibility of re-injury, build muscle, and advance overall functional capacity.

 

DMS Deep Muscle Stimulator (DMS)

This DMS Deep Muscle Stimulator machine uses percussion, mechanical vibrations that reach deep into the muscle tissue to stimulate proprioceptive functions. The DMS machine helps increase circulation, reduce pain, faster rehabilitation from injury, break up muscular scar tissue, reduces lactic acid build up, soft tissue release and much more!
