Stacey utilizes new cutting edge training that will track your heart rate, training zones, and caloric expenditure. This will insure optimal training intensity and get much better results. The focus is on training smarter, not harder to achieve your goals – burn fat, gain muscle, improve athletic performance, increase strength and endurance. Your exercise prescription is personalized to meet your fitness goals objectively and pursue safe and healthy active lifestyles.

Join in on an existing group or create your own! Minimum of 5 people. Its a fun and cost-effective way to start training with more accountability.

Stacey offers this new heart rate zone training one on one, partner workout, or in a small group setting.

  • 1 on 1 Training (60 minutes) Perfect for all ages and physical activity levels. Customized training that is injury and goal specific so that you benefit the most after every workout! Initial Assessment is FREE!
  • Partner Training (60 minutes) Have a friend or family member who shares your goals? Workout and get results together!
  • Small Group Training (60 minutes) Join in on an existing group or create your own! Minimum of 5 people. It’s a fun and cost-effective way to start training with more accountability.
